Warren County Public Schools uses SchoolCash Online for many school items & fees. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to register and use SchoolCash Online. You can manage school fees and items for all of their WCPS students in one location and have the convenience of a secure online payment platform, and the schools improve safety and reduce risk by minimizing cash and check payments at the schools.

Registering takes less than two minutes! Visit our SchoolCash Online site and click Register.
Parents who have created an account and attached a student to their profile receive an automated notification when any item becomes available for their child.
